ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Eligibility

  1. Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

1.1. After the specified time frame, we will offer the customer a voucher. If the customer cancels the order within the time frame, the total amount will be refunded. Further our customer support team intact a

Refund on Cancellation

3.1. Approved cancellations can be issued as store credit/refund via card.

3.2. Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

3.3. The expected timeframe for processing refunds is 3-4 business days

4.1. Items marked as final sale or non-refundable are not eligible for cancellation or refund
