Order Confirmation & Acceptance: We reserve the right to order validation to ensure compliance. Orders are officially confirmed with an email detailing your purchase.

Pre-Orders & Dispatch Timeframes: Some items can be pre-ordered before restock or launch. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. Unforeseen circumstances can also cause a shift in dispatch dates, and customers will be informed about significant changes.

Shipping Costs: Delivery charges vary by location, order weight, and value, and are updated periodically. Orders ship from Pakistan and the UAE, so delivery timelines may vary by country. Visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged upon delivery. Claims are investigated; valid ones with evidence are processed. Full refunds require complaints within 48 Hours requests after this aren’t accepted.

Accepted Payment Options: We accept Wise, Stripe, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay. Conversion or processing fees may apply.

Product Availability Issues: We’ll notify you if an item is unavailable after order placement via email or WhatsApp. Although we’re not liable for any delays from brands, customers may cancel the affected item.

Complaint Handling for Stitching Orders: Stitching service complaints are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, while chargebacks are not allowed for stitched products.

Stitching Disclaimer: Stitching may vary slightly due to fabric availability. Closely matching materials are used for substitution. Please visit our Stitching policy for more details.

Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery. Customers are ineligible for a chargeback in case of refusal or unavailability at delivery time.

Payment Processing & Currency Exchange: Stripe supports multiple currencies (PKR, USD, GBP, CAD, AED, and AUD) with irreversible currency conversion. Customers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE are encouraged to use local currency to avoid extra fees.
