REFUND POLICY

General

  1. At “Shomi Global”, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer refunds under normal conditions.
  2. "Normal conditions" refer to situations where the product is delivered as described, without defects or errors, and meets the quality standards set by Shomi Global. In such cases, refunds are not applicable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / WRONG ITEM

2.1. At “Shomi Global”, we priorities quality assurance to ensure customers receive correct and defect-free items. Our quality control includes inspections during manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.

In rare cases where a customer receives a defective product or incorrect item, only these instances will be considered eligible for a refund.

2.2. Eligibility:
Products eligible for refund must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

2.3. Notification of Defect:
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
