  1. The delivery timelines of our products vary from category to category. To check the delivery timeline of any specific outfit, please visit the product page for that outfit on our website. If you have any specific queries with regards to order delivery time, please contact our team through any of the methods available on the website.

Shipping Information

1.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

1.2. Once processed, orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and Skynet. The courier is selected based on the delivery location.

Delivery Charges

3.1. Delivery charges may vary depending on the product and weight and shipping destination and are non-refundable.

3.2. Shomi Global takes no responsibility for any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges must be borne by the customer.

4.1. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched
