Order Acceptance
- The acceptance of your order begins once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email or confirmation window with a system-generated order number.
Payment Terms
2.1. All orders placed on the international website are strictly 100% prepaid.
2.2. Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation.
Product Availability
3.1. Shomi Global does not guarantee the availability of all products at the time of order placement.
3.2. In case any item is out of stock:
- Customers may be offered an alternate product/design/color within the same price range.
