At Shomi Global, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered efficiently, securely, and on time. We offer worldwide shipping and work with trusted international carriers to bring your favorite products directly to your doorstep.

Shipping Information

Order will be dispatched after 12 hours of order placement. Our shipments are done through DHL, FedEx, Skynet, UPS, and Aramex and we choose the best courier according to the location where your shipment is to be delivered.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our fulfillment team processes it within 1–3 business days. Shipping time begins after dispatch and varies depending on your location:

  • United Arab Emirates:
    Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.

  • United Kingdom:
    Estimated delivery time is 5 to 6 business days.

  • Canada:
    Estimated delivery time is 6 to 7 business days.

  • United States:
    Estimated delivery time is 6 to 7 business days.

  • Australia:
    Estimated delivery time is 7 to 8 business days.

  • Qatar:
    Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.

  • Saudi Arabia:
    Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.

  • MENA Region (Middle East):
    Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of the World:
    Depending on the location/country.

Please note that shipping times are approximate and do not include order processing times. While we strive to deliver within the expected window, some international orders may experience slight variations due to customs clearance or logistical issues beyond our control.

Pre-Orders & Dispatch Timeframes

Certain items may be available for pre-order ahead of restocks or new launches. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly mentioned on both the product page and at checkout. Please note that these dates are approximate and may shift due to unforeseen delays. We will inform customers of any significant changes.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges vary based on location and order weight. For domestic orders, fees depend on order value and may be revised periodically. Detailed rates can be found on our Shipping Information page.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged upon delivery. In all other cases, refunds will not be considered.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customers are liable for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the order reaches the destination country. If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the parcel for any reason, and the package is marked as undelivered or returned to sender, the customer will not be eligible for a chargeback.

Although we make every effort to meet our delivery promises, there may be unforeseen circumstances that impact shipping times. These include, but are not limited to:
